Old Ottawa South is an older urban neighbourhood in the Capital. Home to Carleton University, the area attracts professors and students who frequent the charming restaurants, stores and pubs on Bank Street. Located south of the Rideau Canal, this vibrant, progressive community has a public library, community newspaper, a theater and the Ottawa Folklore Centre.
